Compare the on-disk Reth schema version with the schema supported by Rex.
db version before deeper inspection when the database may have been created by a different Reth release.

db/database.version and compares it with the database version constant from Rex’s pinned Reth v1.9.3 dependency. It does not open MDBX.
If the versions differ, the command reports Compatible: no. db info and db tables refuse to open that database, preventing Rex from interpreting tables with the wrong schema.
database.version to force compatibility. The file describes the schema already on disk; changing the number does not migrate the data.
